Quesiton for Sonic 1 RAers.

I have done GHZ 2 and 3, all of Marble, all of Spring Yard, and all of Labyrinth.
I know how to do GHZ 1 but can't pull it off as of yet.
Question is: should I try to do the trick on GHZ 1 or is it better to just forget about it for a while and go try Star Light?

Do GH1 now. You'll regret it if you try Star Light and Scrap Brain too early.

OK, question 2: after I get GHZ 1 (which will take quite some time) do I have hope at Star Light or shall I try the easier levels in Sonic 2?

Out of the six final levels (not counting Final Zone), Star Light 2 is the only one whose difficulty is around the same as the first four zones. Regardless of whether you will go onto sonic 2 or not, do that act first.

I know that's thread necromancy, but whatever.
I'm calling you out for not warning me that Star Light 2, as opposed to 1 and 3 and Scrap Brain, was so EASY as compared to Green Hill 1!!!

Psychologically damaged! :D
(The other Star Lights/Scrap Brains ARE hard though. Have tried them but no real dice...)

And yeah, SL2 is pretty easy.  SB1 is a bitch, and I haven't yet worked SB3 out, gah . . .

sb3 seems like luck to get more then 118 rings, never ever try it. seriously it will probably drive you insane before you manage it.
